It is conveniently close to the restaurants, Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, Marinas, NY State Barge-Erie Canal and Verona Beach State Park.

Motel Rooms are tastefully decorated, and are equipped with a tv, coffee pot and mini fridge. All rooms have heat and air conditioning. On the patio outside of each motel room are wicker chairs for relaxing. Each motel room can accommodate three to four guests.

One Bedroom Cottages have beautiful knotty pine interiors and include a living/dining area, kitchenette, bath and patio. All cottages are furnished with heat, air conditioning and TV. 1 bedroom cottages can accommodate four to five guests.

Our Upstairs One Bedroom Apartment
is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. Kick back and relax on the large private deck or enjoy a quiet evening in its lovely living/dining area with kitchen. The apartment comes with heat and air conditioning and accommodates one to two adults.
